1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website celticdawn.me (the "Website") and any purchases you make through the Website. The Website is operated by Celtic Dawn Trading - FZCO ("Celtic Dawn", "we", "our", "us"), a Freezone Company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under trade license number 68354, issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA).

By accessing, browsing, or using our Website, or by placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

By using our Website and placing orders, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• All information you provide to us is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You will update your information promptly if it changes.

3. Products

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content on the Website are accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free. Colours may appear differently on screen due to monitor settings.

3.2 Handmade Nature

All Celtic Dawn products are handmade using traditional methods. As such, slight natural variations in colour, texture, weight, and appearance may occur between batches and individual items. These variations are inherent to the handcrafted process and are not considered defects. They are part of the character and authenticity of each product.

3.3 Ingredients & Allergens

Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page and on product packaging. It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list before purchasing, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use, and consulting a medical professional where appropriate.

3.4 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Currency & Pricing

All prices on the Website are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Prices are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

4.3 Payment Methods

Payment is processed securely through our Shopify checkout. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Tabby — split your payment into interest-free instalments
• Tamara — buy now, pay later
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for orders within the UAE

All electronic payments are encrypted and processed via PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Celtic Dawn does not store your full payment card details.

4.4 Payment Authorisation

By submitting your payment details, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you (or that you are authorised to use it) and that there are sufficient funds to cover your purchase. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

5. Orders & Acceptance

5.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order through our Website, it constitutes an offer to purchase the products you have selected. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the products are dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent to you.

5.2 Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock errors.
• Errors in pricing or product information on the Website.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
• Inability to verify your identity or payment information.
• Delivery restrictions to your specified address.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5.3 Order Cancellation by You

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@celticdawn.me as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to our Returns Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review the policy for full details on delivery timeframes, shipping costs, and delivery areas.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. While we take every reasonable care in packaging and dispatching your order, we are not liable for delays or damage caused by the courier or postal service once the package has left our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set out in that policy regarding eligibility for returns, the returns process, and refund procedures.

8.1 Ownership

All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, the Celtic Dawn name, the triskelion emblem, product packaging designs, icons, videos, and software — is the property of Celtic Dawn Trading - FZCO or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Permitted Use

You may view, download, and print content from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Celtic Dawn Trading - FZCO, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with:

12. Force Majeure

Celtic Dawn shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, acts of war or terrorism, government actions, trade embargoes, sanctions, power outages, internet disruptions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions. In such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Celtic Dawn. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. 14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck or reformed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Celtic Dawn Trading - FZCO with respect to your use of the Website and purchase of products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
